These folks did a great job for us. The techs on site were professional, considerate and represented their company very well.
I called four Insulation companies to provide a quote for blown-in R30 fiberglass for five multi-family rental properties and foam insulation for my personal home. All four answered the phone and said a salesman would get back to me soon. Ken Roberts from Leed [Insulation & Spray Foam] called within an hour, while the others took until the next day or so to get back to me. Mr. Roberts took my information and had estimates for all the properties to me by the end of the day. That was unbelievable. In discussing the estimates he said that Mel (the scheduler) said they could do all the rentals the same week. I am sure this is not the normal scheduling but was welcomed. I received the other estimates and Leed [Insulation & Spray Foam] was very competitive but their communication skills [were] what impressed me the most. Tyler who stands 6’3″ called me to let me know he was going to be at the rental properties. That was impressive because the crawl space was 24″ and was not easy!! The last thing was when Joseph showed up at my house to spray the foam insulation in my attic. He was alone because his partner could not make it that day but he did not want to put the company behind. He said the owners of the company treat the employees well and [he] enjoys working there. That was refreshing to hear. I called the owner to tell him of my experience and he actually answered the phone on the second ring. Value, communication and quality [were] my experience with Leed Insulation [& Spray Foam}.
Very courteous and professional. Gave me a price on the phone, came out on time and Chris and Harry were great. They checked my attic and did a great job blowing in the insulation I needed. I recommend this company to everyone. It’s so hot but they had an awesome attitude and were very professional. Again thank you guys.
They did the insulation on our new build. We are very happy with the end result. We had to have them back I believe four times to correct a few minor things, but they came back and fixed what was needed. So, we are happy in the end.
Great job and price… Got a referral list from FPL…they beat all other estimates and FPL did a post job inspection and gave them a two thumbs up…. HIGHLY RECOMMEND… did my condo attic [M]arch 2018.

Good installers great work low price
I needed blown in insulation for my older home. I have a very tight attic space (about 2 ft at the highest point). I called Leed and they gave me a really fair price so I said let’s do it. I am so glad I did. The guys showed up and didn’t complain about the small space. They said no problem we’ll figure it out. The work was great and I couldn’t be happier. My house wouldn’t get below 76 during midday and wouldn’t go below 79 in the afternoon. I went home at lunch after they were done and dropped it down to 74 and within minutes it was down and my AC actually shut off. If you need insulation call these guys. You’ll be glad you did.
